Richard “Monte” Montemarano
Managing Director

Monte is the lead business consultant for the Monte Vista Group, LLC. His role includes advising top level management teams of all financial aspects of ROI, business strategy, business process, sales, and strategic marketing as it pertains to implementing CIPP technologies. As the Managing Director of MVG, Monte also coordinates the assets of MVG’s professional consultants and technology portfolio for all business transactions and projects, both internal and external.

Monte has had a long career in the field of executive management from start-ups to large corporations as CEO, Vice President, Board Director, and Chairman. His experience includes 10 years of executive level management in the field of UV CIPP, 10 years running high tech software companies, 15 years of computer and capital equipment related sales and sales management in the printing and publishing industry, and 10 years of CRM deployment and consulting for Fortune 500 corporations including Wells Fargo Bank, Paychex, Agfa/Bayer, and many more.

Monte is also an experienced public speaker who has presented to large audiences on a wide variety of subjects including: Light Curing for Fiberglass at WEFTEC, N0-Dig, UCT and Pumper Cleaner shows; Internet Technology for International Paper’s National Sales Conference; The Future of Color Publishing for Apple Computer; and dozens of other national and international engagements for trenchless technology and CRM related seminars.

Rene Quitter
Technology Director

Rene has over 20 years of installing and manufacturing experience in fiberglass CIPP. He has designed and implemented multiple manufacturing facilities for UV CIPP liners in Europe and the United States. He is named as inventor in two U.S. patents for the manufacturing design and process for UV CIPP gravity and pressure liners. Rene also has designed and developed several UV curing devices which are in use today internationally, with newer designs on the way.

Rene has long been the “go to” guy for U.S. contractors in their efforts to bring their installations teams up to speed in the field. His vast experience in both the manufacturing of liner and field installation has given him the experience to deal with almost every issue that can arise on a job site. He also is passionate about having the right people trained the right way.

Rene’s primary role with MVG is to work with our clients to give them the technical insight and expertise to manufacture and install UV cured CIPP liners. He is a hands on engineer working with all levels of management and employees to ensure that their investment in capital and time shows a rapid return and delivers superior customer satisfaction for our clients’ customers.

Nick Montemarano
Marketing Manager

Nick is an experienced Account Executive/Project Manager with expertise in digital, traditional, and multi media communications. An effective leader and manager of team resources, client relations, project lifespans, and communications, he specializes in brand development, marketing strategy, photography, and video production.

His industry experience includes: music & entertainment, sports, consumer electronics, biomedical research, food/restaurant, resorts, and industrial infrastructure.

He has proficiency in interactive (web & mobile), print, photography, video, audio, multi-channel integrated marketingm, brand development and management, team building and leadership, creative development, content strategy and development, and project management

Albert Fasel
Engineering Director

Albert has an M.E. degree from University of Applied Science, Giessen, Germany. He has over 15 years experience in designing specialized devices for the CIPP industry both in Europe and the United States. He is named as an inventor for U.S. and European Patents for UV CIPP pressure liners. Albert has a long relationship with the people at MVG and together, the team continues to develop new cutting edge technologies for the market.

Albert’s role with MVG is to design and supervise the manufacturing of wet out conveyors and all the associated supporting equipment for the manufacture of specialized CIPP liners. In addition, under the direction of Rene Quitter, Albert designs and continues to improve light curing devices for the installation of UV cured fiberglass CIPP for the worldwide marketplace.

Ron Evergreen
Senior Field Technician

With over 20 years in construction and 11 years as a general contractor, Ron brings a well-versed knowledge base to the MVG team. From industrial to residential construction, his management, leadership and hands-on skillsets help push production through to its finest results.

Since 2008, Ron has developed proficiencies in the CIPP industry including manufacturing of liners, production management, team leadership, dry liner production, wet-out production, in-the-field installation of liner, training, operating of light trains, UV truck build outs, pipeline assessment, and video pre-inspections.
